The service

Logosystem is a free logo inspiration library and a community where designers can post their work and claim logos they created. Some features (posting work, claiming logos) require an approved designer account.

Your account

• Provide accurate information and keep your password secure — you're responsible for activity on your account.
• One account per person. You must be at least 16 years old.
• Choose a display name and username that don't impersonate others or infringe trademarks.

Logos in the gallery

The logos, wordmarks and marks shown in the gallery belong to their respective brands and designers. They are presented for inspiration and reference only and are not licensed to you for reuse. Each logo links back to its source — check there for licensing before using anything. If you own a logo and want it changed or removed, contact us (see Takedowns below).

Content you post

• You keep ownership of the works, images, bio and links you post.
• You grant Logosystem a non-exclusive license to host and display that content in order to run the service.
• You represent that you own or have the rights to what you post, and that it isn't infringing, illegal, misleading or offensive.
• Logo claims are reviewed manually and may be rejected; a claim doesn't transfer any rights.
• We may moderate, unpublish or remove content, and we review submissions before they appear in the public gallery.

Acceptable use

Don't scrape or bulk-download the site, spam, abuse other users, impersonate anyone, upload malware, attempt to break security or rate limits, or reverse-engineer the service.

Sponsored content

Some placements are paid sponsorships and are marked as such. Sponsorship never changes the terms above.

Termination

You can delete your account at any time from your settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Disclaimers & liability

The service is provided "as is", without warranties. To the extent permitted by law, Logosystem isn't liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

Copyright & takedowns

If you believe content on Logosystem infringes your rights, email rolanddrice@gmail.com with the URL, a description of the work, and proof you own it. We review every request and remove infringing content promptly.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of France, unless a mandatory law of your country of residence applies.

Changes

We may update these terms; we'll revise the date above. Continued use after changes means you accept them. Questions? rolanddrice@gmail.com.
