Who we are

Logosystem is a free logo inspiration library and a community where designers can share and claim their work. For any privacy question, contact us at rolanddrice@gmail.com. We are the data controller for the information described here.

What we collect

• Account data — your email address, and the name, username and profile photo you choose.
• Content you create — logos you save, works you post, designer applications, logo claims (including any proof link you provide), and your bio and links.
• Usage data — privacy-friendly, aggregated analytics (pages viewed, approximate region, device type). We do not build advertising profiles.
• Essential cookies — a session cookie that keeps you signed in. No third-party advertising cookies.

How we use it

• Provide and secure the service, and authenticate you.
• Show your public profile and posts (only if you are a designer and have made them public).
• Moderate submitted content and review designer applications and claims.
• Send you account and, if you opt in, newsletter emails.
• Understand usage in aggregate to improve the product.

Legal bases (GDPR)

We process account and content data to perform our contract with you (providing the service), analytics and newsletter on the basis of your consent, and security and moderation on the basis of our legitimate interest in keeping the platform safe.

Who we share it with

We never sell your data. We use a small set of processors strictly to run the service:

• Supabase — authentication and database.
• Cloudflare R2 — storage of images (avatars, posted works).
• Vercel — hosting and content delivery.
• Resend — transactional and newsletter emails.
• Stripe — payment processing for sponsors only (not used for regular accounts).

Some of these providers are based in the United States; transfers rely on Standard Contractual Clauses or equivalent safeguards.

How long we keep it

We keep your data for as long as your account is active. When you delete your account, your profile, saved logos, works and applications are deleted along with it.

Your rights

You can, at any time:

• Access and correct your name, username, email and photo from your account settings.
• Export a copy of your data (Settings → Export my data).
• Delete your account and all associated data (Settings → Delete account).
• Object to processing, withdraw consent, or lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

Children

Logosystem is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their data.

Security

Passwords are hashed by our authentication provider, connections are encrypted in transit, and access to personal data is restricted. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your information.
